Founder & CEO
Project Founder and CEO Arpan Sood has been a member of the US finance industry for over 21 years. Previously a Managing Director of Precision Investment Fund and Director of NY Futures Trading Inc (NFA Registered CPO). Arpan has also served as CEO for Fido Finance Ltd a US based Fintech start up in digital and crypto payments technology space. Arpan is continually developing and managing various trading strategies and trading technology products for international markets. His trading career spans multiple trading firms with stints at Van Buren Securities, Genesis Day Trade, LLC and Hold Brothers LLC. Arpan served as founder and managing partner for Capital Markets Training Group LLC, a market education and trading company. From 2009 to 2011 he served as the trading manager at Dimension Trading Group, LLC and carried forward the same title and position to World Execution Strategies from 2011-2013. Arpan has also served in the United States Marine Corp for 4 and ½ years.
ANDRIY BAZIV
Chief technology consultant
Andriy serves as chief technology consultant for dynamic bringing more than 14 years of commercial software development, including 10 years ’ experience in the design and implementation of low late n cy , high performance, automated trading systems for Equity and Forex companies. As CEO of IntenseLabs, a provider of software for hedge funds, banks, broker/dealers in the US equity and Forex markets and other. Andriy is a Hands- on, commercially focused, experienced technology manager with significant experience in both large firms and start-ups. Experienced in new system design and development, legacy system re-engineering, cloud development and migration, and blockchain/digital assets. He is a very delivery focused, inventive technology professional with excellent client and staff management skills. Additionally, he is an active entrepreneur, who has owned and operated multiple businesses.
KONSTANTIN GUYFULIN
Chief Investment Officer
Konstantin Guyfulin is a veteran of the financial industry with 19 years of experience in various financial roles. Konstantin started as a day trader with Genesis Securities in 2002 and successfully traded until 2006. In 2006 he started his own company Bear Capital Fund which grew to encompass over 500 traders worldwide with combined volumes of over 300 million shares traded monthly. In 2009 Konstantin became a principle and owner of a CBX Broker dealer Bear Capital which he successfully ran in until it was sold in 2011. After 2011 Konstantin started working in partnership with IntenseLab, a company based in Ukraine to create of various trading platforms and tools for sophisticated traders and broker dealers. Starting in 2016 Konstantin worked closely with TradeStar and IntenseLab to deliver amazing tools that are used to this day by a number of broker dealers and financial institutions. In October 2021 Konstantin joined dynamic in the role of CIO to bring the company to new heights of success.
